This place was great and the staff was very friendly. The location was ideal, by a wonderful sandy beach, it's a plus. What's more, it was so close to very close to the seaside and walking distance to the town, Lowestoft sea front and lowestoft and kfc.

The hotel had a great position, convenient to bus routes that can take you all over the area. The staff were amiable and attentive and knew their area. The breakfast was savoury and varied with home made jam for toast and had a good choice of food.

Everything was fantastic, the parking was along the road, the room was a nice size. I loved the room with a double ended bath, the bed was great. The location was comfortable, next to The Seagull Theatre.

The location is perfect and exceptionally nice, as the hotel is based by a wonderful sandy beach. It's short walk to centre of lowerstoft which is clean and tidy near to other resorts and villages couple of nice pubs in walking distance and all the good restaurants.
